I'm glad you're here whether it's to read my blog or to learn more about how I can help you.

I've been a passionate writer since a young age and followed an educational path that led to a long career in the communications profession working in director-level roles for international financial services organizations and as a consultant for small businesses, nonprofits and individuals. 

I became interested in helping people with life writing and legacy projects while taking training courses through the International End-of-Life Doula Association.

I'm a proud mom of two sons and a daughter. My sons have both graduated from college and I'm grateful they're working in jobs that excite them. My daughter will graduate at the end of next year. I'm divorced and live with my dog. In my free time I enjoy taking improv classes and performing on stage.
